Room rates are subjected to taxes and service charge.
Surcharge may apply during peak season, eve & public holidays, convention & event period.
The Management reserves the right to review and revise room rates without prior notice.
2. Terms of Payment: Pre-payment by Cash or Visa/ Master
Pre-payment may be required for peak season periods or non-refundable bookings.
Full payment shall be payable upon check-in.
3. Room Occupancy
Room types are subjected to availability and on a first-come-first basis.
The Management reserves the right to confirm all bookings via advance payment.
4. Additional Occupancy
All double / twin room types can accommodate a maximum occupancy of 2 persons.
Extra Pax will be subjected to an additional surcharge of $40 inclusive of Breakfast & complimentary bottle of water.
No additional minibar will be provided for additional occupancy.
5. Cancellation / No Show Policy
Cancellation of room booking must reach the Hotel and duly acknowledged by email or fax :
FIT Guest (1 – 5 Rooms) – 7 Days prior to arrival
Groups (5 Rooms and above) – 14 Days prior to arrival
The standard cancellation policy for the normal rates will be 72hrs prior to arrival, otherwise a penalty of 1 night room charge will be incurred
